Terms and Conditions
Routerservicesca Terms and Conditions
Standard Terms & Conditions for Developing and Designing Websites
These are the usual terms and conditions that cover all contracts and activities that Routerservicesca performs for its clients in relation to website development and design.
Deposits and Fees
If you decide to move forward with the web design and development work, you must pay a 50% deposit of the entire amount mentioned in our proposal right away. After the work is completed to your reasonable satisfaction, the remaining amount is due, subject to the terms stated in the sections on “approval of work” and “rejected work.” We hold the right to hold off on starting any work until the deposit is received in full.
Supply of Materials
It is your responsibility to supply us with all the supplies and data we need to finish the job in accordance with the predetermined standards. These resources could consist of written articles, images, logos, and any other pertinent assets, among other things. We reserve the right to extend previously set deadlines by a reasonable amount in the event that the failure to provide these materials on time causes a delay in the completion of the work.
If you fail to supply materials that impede the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any portion of the work already completed.
Variations
We provide the option for design changes, but we retain the right to set a reasonable cap on the quantity of design suggestions received. If alterations are made to the initial design parameters, additional designs might come with fees.
Although there are some limitations to the original specifications with our web development platform, major deviations from the agreed-upon standards will incur an hourly fee of $50.00.
Client Liability and Project Delays
Our time estimates and schedules are contingent upon your complete cooperation, prompt delivery of the completed text, and the photos for the work pages. We need your input and active participation during the development process in order to move on to the next phases. To help with the feedback process, you must assign a single point of contact from your end who is accessible every day.
Approval of Work
You’ll receive an email when the work is finished and have a chance to check it over. Within seven days following the notification, you must notify us in writing of any dissatisfied issues. Within the seven-day review period, any work that hasn’t been written down as inadequate will be assumed to be authorized. After work is authorized or judged authorized, it cannot be rescinded, and the contract is deemed fulfilled. The outstanding 50% of the project cost is then due.
